To understand this question is to understand how the winter began in
Narnia in the first place. I do not know how the winter happened but I
do know that the White Witch's power was breaking as soon as the
children entered Narnia and activated the prophecy.
As you see the "killing" of Aslan did not quite work out as the White
Witch went against the Deep magic of the land of Narnia. As Aslan did
not die hence the power of the White Witch over the land of Narnia
remained undecided.
I wonder how Narnia's fresh water fish survived with the rivers and
lakes
being "frozen solid".

I wonder how Narnia's fresh water fish survived with the rivers and

The Beavers knitted them furry sweaters.

What good would a wet sweater do?

How would the Beavers get the sweaters to the fish through the solid ice?

It certainly wouldn't hurt.

FedEx gets a good bulk rate on icepicks and jackhammers. Not to
mention lots of cheap animal labour (hey - Beaver's got a family to
feed).

Why else do you think that PETA is blacklisting them?

How do the fish pay off FedEx? Do they do it C.O.D?
